CRM One360 (the "Software") grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to install and use the Software on their devices for purely personal or internal business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or sale of the Software without the express written consent of the rights holders is strictly prohibited.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The owners of the Software do not warrant that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor are they responsible for the suitability of the Software for a particular purpose. The user assumes the entire risk arising from the use, quality and performance of the Software.
In no event shall the developers or owners of the Software be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The user acknowledges that the Software is an assistance tool and does not replace professional judgement. It is the user's responsibility to make and keep backups of their data.
The Software is purchased with a one-time payment in the Microsoft Store, with no recurring fees. Purchase, download, updates and any refunds are handled by Microsoft under its own terms. The licence is tied to the Microsoft account used for the purchase and allows the Software to be installed on the devices that the Microsoft Store terms allow for that account. Every computer that uses the Software must have it installed from the Microsoft Store with a valid licence. The data always belong to the user.
The user sets up their own email accounts in the Software and is solely responsible for having the right to use them and for the content of the messages they send. Account passwords are stored encrypted on the user's computer or server. The Software does not send bulk email or advertising on its own.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Where the data are kept: All the data you enter in the Software (customers, contacts and emails) are stored on your own computers or on your network server. The owners of the Software have no access to them, do not collect them and do not host them in any cloud of their own.
Data controller: You are the controller of the personal data of your customers, contacts and users that you keep in the Software.
Third parties: The Software is purchased through the Microsoft Store, which processes payment data under its own privacy policy. Email is sent and received directly between the Software and the mail servers you configure. We do not sell data to third parties.
Security: We apply technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, such as password encryption, per-user permissions and an audit log.
User rights: You can access, correct, export and delete the data kept in the Software at any time.
